To remove the tax of the Balikabayan boxes, goods purchased abroad by the OFW's, used or not. To give importance to the sufferings and loneliness of all OFW's working abroad just uplift theirs and their families economic condition back home and at the same time helping the Phil economy grow. To remove BOC officials like Alberto Lina, Belinda Copioso and others who are not sympathetic enough for the OFW's and whom we perceived as unfit for their positions in BOC. To push for a law to increase the minimum amount subject to be taxed for OFW's and to give more benefits to our modern day heroes.. links

A "No Opening of Box" policy on "balikbayan" boxes by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) is being sought by a bill filed recently by Senator Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III in recognition of the significant contribution of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to the national economy.

Isa po akong Hamak na OFW dito sa Dubai UAE ... need ko lang po share ang mga di MAASAHAN at NAKAKAINIS na proseso na kahit dito sa ibang bansa kagaya dito sa Dubai ay makakaranas ka din ng panget at sobrang bagal, akala ko pa naman iba ang sistema dito sa abroad compare sa sarili nating bansa sa pinas.
Dahil sa malapit na po mag Expired ang passport ko napilitan na po ako kumuha ng bago, ok na po sana maayos ang pagbibigay nila ng appointment sa online registration at sa pagbibigay nila ng date at oras sa bawat kukuha ng bagong passport, Eto po ang isa sa napansin ko...sa loob mismo ng tanggapan ni Luisita F. Coson - sobra ang haba ng pila hanggang sa labas ng opisina halos lahat nagreklamo na kasi halos di umuusad ang pila.
